Expiration Date Requirement:

To determine if your test strips meet our expiration date requirement, follow this method:
1.    Count the current month as “0.”
2.    Each following month increases by one (e.g., if the current month is June, July is “1,” August is “2,” and September is “3”).
3.    Your test strips must have an expiration date that is at least nine months from the current month.

•    We cannot accept boxes that have broken seals.
•    Boxes must be in mint condition—no tears, dents, or any form of damage.
•    Please avoid removing labels, as this could damage the box. It is not required to cross out any information on the labels; they will be removed and shredded. Using markers or pens may cause bleeding or leave indentations on the box.
